Call Centre Agent, office based with flexible work hours – the core of our business is the Call Centre, making in excess of 2 million calls per year via an automated dialler system.  Our Call Centre Operatives are the ‘face’ of the 118 company. Staff are trained and coached to conduct calls to the highest standard, meet productivity targets and update and input business data accurately whilst maintaining a professional manner.
